10-Week Mindful Yoga & Breathwork Coaching

This coaching is available online and tailored to need. The goal here is to provide balance to the physical and psychological/emotional stressors in the workplace and all aspects of yoga can be used for this purpose – postures and movement, breathing, mantra’s, mandala’s, meditation. As with all services a trauma informed approach is adopted, and my intent is to build peace and self-awareness within the inner world of the participants so as to in turn build mindfulness in the workplace more generally between people.

10-Week Self-Directed Online Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace Courses

I can offer your team a framework of support and can inspire and motivate with our 10-week online Workplace Coaching options. Commitment to practice through the coaching is enabled through an empathetic online delivery that is empowering and facilitative. Content is widely relevant and is easily applied. The courses are founded by globally recognised western techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and techniques from the east are also weaved in including Mindfulness.
