10-Week Holistic Health & Wellbeing Coaching
This service is available for those who have purchased a Health and Wellbeing course. The 10 sessions create a container for us to work together within a transformational change process for you. Seeking to optimise your vitality we identify a path of continual improvement including by setting short to longer term goals and we make step-by-step sustainable change. The intent here is to build your capacity to sustain a learning and change process through life. You are welcome to book in for booster sessions after completing this block. We work at your pace within a 3-month time frame. Payment for this is made up-front.
Nutrition Coaching
You are what you eat. This coaching will help you build understanding about nutrition and what is in your benefit and what is not. Working with relativity rather than absolutes we identify what foods you should eat more of and those which you should eat less in addition to building skill for food preparation and presentation. A key aspect of this coaching is developing a positive sense of esteem generally and a healthy relationship with food including building capacity to prepare, enjoy and savour healthy food options. We seek to identity an appropriate macronutrient ratio for your need and build necessary micronutrient intake and we identify suitable meal recommendations. Weekly and even monthly dietary planning can be done in this service in addition recipe recommendations are provided. This coaching is interchangeable with Health & Wellbeing Coaching.
Mindful Mental Health & Wellbeing – Psychosocial Recovery Counselling and Coaching
These sessions will help you develop a more unified awareness of your psychological landscape, to identify key triggers to mental unease and/or to urges or cravings, encourage you to build regulation skills for psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing integrated and develop skill generally towards integrating mindfulness as a foundation for mental health recovery and longer term for mental health and wellbeing. Recovering from alcohol and other drugs or from abuse may be part of your journey. Counselling sessions can be integrated into this coaching. Yoga, breathing and meditation techniques can be included within our sessions together in addition to other modern psychological technique. We also work here on recovering your connection to nature and self through experimenting with creative expression. The intent is to help you grow knowledge and skills for recovery and to build strength and flexibility of mind in addition to overall resilience, also to build your functional capacity to participate in your own life including in community, to be supported through a social framework.
Mindful Movement & Breathing Coaching
These sessions will help you develop a more unified awareness of your body and also how this relates to the mind and to feeling, instinct and intuition. The structure of the sessions is tailored to your specific need, and we can easily work also online as with the case in all offerings in this business. This service is specifically focused on the body and the breath and creating stability and strength as well as building from here flexibility and adaptability including psychologically.
Ayurvedic Consult $180
This one-off session will provide you with a constitutional assessment (key elemental configuration across mind and body) and will identify current imbalances and will also provide you with recommendations for daily and seasonal routines across diet and lifestyle. Wellbeing is balance and this knowledge can help you gain greater self-insight and understanding as to how to balance your being daily across constant change. You are provided with a report with individualised recommendations to correct current imbalance and to guide you into the future across the seasons. Follow with Vedic Coaching sessions to continue your journey of self-discovery, health and wellbeing. If you are doing the Blossom. Be Your Own Guru Course and 10-week Health & Wellbeing Coaching this consult is a necessary prelude to the coaching, otherwise you can do the course yourself to follow. Vedic Coaching – Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy
This coaching service provides a space for you to process your constitutional assessment and to check in regularly about your progress within your individual journey of yoga (union). The constitutional assessment is however not a prerequisite to this coaching. This is also an appropriate space for those who have completed the Blossom. Be Your Own Guru Course either with Natalie in the 10-week Holistic Health & Wellbeing Coaching or by yourself. Ongoing dietary, herbal and lifestyle recommendations can be provided here in addition to processing thoughts and emotions that may arise along your journey and also identifying obstacle and challenge and understanding how to overcome this. It may be that you wish to work on goals and are seeking support towards these. The Vedic prioritises connection with self and with the ever-changing natural cycles around us.
Astrology Coaching $140
These sessions will work at your pace to develop understanding about your Astrological Natal Chart in addition to current astrological transits relevant to your chart. This coaching will also aim to build your knowledge to be track your own natal configuration going forward. One aspect of the greater Vedic system, Astrology has been practiced for thousands of years to provide guidance including through change. This service is influenced by Jungian Psychology. Individuals in relationships may wish to include this as a complement to Relationship Counselling. You may wish to begin with a block of 5 – 1. Sun, Moon & Rising with Nodes 2. The Archetypes, Signs & Planets 3. Venus & Mars 4. IC, MC & the Outer Planets 5. Timeline and putting it all together.
