Be Your Own Guru – Introduction to a Vedic Diet and Lifestyle Course includes a comprehensive introduction to Vedic theory, core principles of Ayurveda and Yoga, recipes and tips and techniques to help establish a daily and seasonal routine so as to balance your unique constitution. Yoga, breathing and meditation techniques are included in addition to a constitutional self-assessment. You are taken through a step-by-step process of incorporating a 5 Element Vedic lens in achieving balance and bliss in your life, ground to blossom upon. There is some overlap with the Nutrition Course and these actually work well to do together.
